School excursions are an important part of the curriculum for every class. They provide first-hand, real-life experiences which we cannot always bring into the classroom. They are important in developing children's knowledge of the world around them and in extending their language ability.
All excursions are followed up at school with some of the following: discussions, writing reports/stories, drawing, painting, making models, drama etc.
